Foundation
De Musikologyske Wurkgroep (the musicological
society) was founded yn 1942. It consists of a group of specialists
who carry out projects for the board of the Frisian
Academy.
Aim
De Musikologysk Wurkgroep:
- does research and describes the music
history of Fryslân/Friesland
- expands the Frysk
Muzykargyf
- produces song books for young and
old
- organises lectures and musical
events
- answers enquiries about all matters
